  • Do I need to register to place an order?
    An account is required to place an order. Creating one does not take more than 2 minutes and will facilitate future orders and provide you with a better overal user experience.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?
    Yes, there is a minimum order quantity. To be able to provide high quality services we are unfortunately required to set a minimum quantity for each order. This depends on the service selected, but is clearly indicated when placing your order.

    Clothes are very delicate and personal attributes. Taking good care of your clothes is our number one priority. All our laundry service providers are therefore carefully selected and certified with the highest standard taken into account.
  • What items can Waza launder
    Waza laundry services are limited to textiles. Items like shoes or bags are excluded from our services. If you would like more information about wheter we offer serivce for specific items, please contact us at contact@wazawash.com.
  • What services does Waza provide?
    Waza offers different kind of services including on demand and subscription services. Our services include washing, ironing & dry cleaning. We offer these services seperately or all together. For more information about our services go to our service page.
  • Where are my clothes laundered?
    Clothes are very delicate and personal attributes. Taking good care of your clothes is our number one priority. All our laundry service profiders are therefore carefully selected and certified with the highest standard taken into account.
  • What is the collection and delivery scedule?
    To guarantee a cost-effective service our pick up & delivery rounds take place two day days a week, on thursday & wednesday. To make sure you are home you will be contacted upfront to select a specific time slot during these hours. A driver will never come to your door unexpected.
  • What preparation needs to be done for collection?
    This is what makes Waza, Waza. It's our goal to take away your worries. It suffices to put all of your laundry or Waza bag. We take care of the rest.
  • Can I change date and time for collection after placing an order?

  • Can I cancel my order?

  • How long does it take to deliver my clothes back at my doorstep?
    Delivery time depends on the order and is always clearly indicated while placing the order.
  • Can I receive a delivery when I'm not home?
    Our delivery service is very flexible, for special delivery requirements please contact contact@wazawash.com.
  • Do I have to provide my own laundry bag?
    This is what makes Waza, Waza. It's our goal to take away your worries. It suffice to put all of your laundry or Waza bag. We take care of the rest.
  • How do I pay?
    Payments can be done upon finalizing your order online with Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact and other designated payment providers. You can also select to pay with cash or via a QR-code upon pick-up.
  • Where can I enter my discount code?
    You can enter your discount code during the check-out process of your order.
  • What is the minimum spend?
    To be able to provide high quality services we are required to set a minimum spend quantity for each order. This depends on the service selected, but is clearly indicated when placing your order.
